oct.26.03 - sunday
dub beautiful collective and interchill records are proud to present...
performing live underneath the domed night sky at Morrison Planetarium. ishq is one of the most eloquent artists in modern ambient music. a refugee from the UK acid-house scene of the 90's, he left London for more sublime surroundings to create deeper, more meaningful music. ishq forges organic and deeply contemplative ambient music from the depths of his electronic instruments. this is his first North American concert appearance ever and will be his only US concert date on this trip. visit ishq's website. "another planetarium show? you said the last show ever was in may!" indeed, we did, but what can we tell you? the Planetarium's director phoned us up to have us do one more show before they tear the facility down! will this be the last one? very likely, but we certainly hope not! there will be no opening act. ishq will treat us all to two long sets sourced from his released material, unreleased material, and soon-to-be released work. 7pm - 10pm Morrison
